Scope

This document specifies the test conditions, test devices, test items, test methods, inspection items and test report requirements for flywheel energy storage systems. This document applies to fixed foundation, cabinet-type and vehicle-mounted mobile flywheel energy storage system single devices (stand-alone machines) as well as flywheel energy storage single machines that form a flywheel energy storage array power station.
