Scope

This document stipulates the comprehensive energy consumption limit requirements, statistical scope and calculation methods, as well as energy-saving management and measures for unit products for the production of high-purity hydrogen using coke oven gas as raw material. This document is applicable to the calculation and assessment of the comprehensive energy consumption of hydrogen production in coke oven gas hydrogen production enterprises, as well as the energy consumption control of new construction and reconstruction and expansion projects.
