The purpose is to specify and define the quick-wash performance characteristics of household electric dishwashers, and to describe the test methods and classifications for quick-wash. It pioneered the combination of the fast washing function of the dishwasher and the cleaning index, divided into four levels, providing consumers with a basis and reference for purchasing dishwashers with fast washing functions.
