This standard specifies the requirements, test methods, inspection rules, marking, packaging, transportation and storage of rare earth environmentally friendly heat stabilizers for polyvinyl chloride. This standard applies to thermal stabilizers that are synthesized and compounded with rare earth compounds, lubricants and other additives. These additives have stabilizing and lubricating effects on the processing of polymer materials such as polyvinyl chloride.
