Raw materials and process 3.1 Raw material: phenol tar. The acetophenone content in the raw materials should be no less than 2%, and the moisture content should be less than 10%. 3.2 Process Phenol Tar Recovery The process principle of acetophenone extraction is to separate acetophenone from phenol tar through a distillation process. The basic process flow includes: phenol tar is first separated through pretreatment and coarse fractionation, and then multi-stage distillation is used to obtain phenol tar to recover acetophenone products and other products such as phenol.
