Scope

This document specifies a method for the determination of arsenic, antimony and bismuth by hydride generation-atomic fluorescence spectrometry. This document is applicable to the determination of arsenic, antimony and bismuth content in metallic nickel with a mass fraction of 0.00005% to 0.002%.
