- This document describes the determination of fiber content in a two-component mixture of meta-aramid fibers and para-aramid fibers after removal of non-fibrous matter by the lithium chloride/N,N-dimethylacetamide method Methods. This document applies to two-component mixtures of meta-aramid fibers and para-aramid fibers. Note: See Appendix A for the identification method of fibers in the mixture of meta-aramid fibers and para-aramid fibers.
