This standard specifies the basic requirements for filling in the application and issuance of emission licenses for emission units in the wood-based panel industry, determination of permitted emission limits, calculation of actual emissions, technical methods for compliance determination, as well as self-monitoring, environmental management ledgers and emission permits. Implementation reports and other environmental management requirements, and proposed feasible technical requirements for pollution prevention and control in the artificial panel industry. This standard is applicable to guide the pollutant discharge units of the wood-based panel industry to fill in relevant application information on the national pollutant discharge license management information platform, and is also applicable to guide the issuing authority to review and determine the pollutant discharge license requirements for the wood-based panel industry.
