Personalized tourism methods have given rise to corresponding professional tourism service personnel. This standard is formulated in order to clarify the classification of tourism-related service workers, establish their professional requirements, and standardize their identification procedures. Through the formulation of this standard, it will provide a basis for tourism enterprises to recruit, train and use relevant professionals, and provide a basis for tourists to identify and select specific professional service personnel. This document establishes the service classification, professional requirements and procedures for identifying staff who provide travel services to tourists.
