DBS45/ 051-2018 Local Food Safety Standard for Dried Rice Noodles DBS45/ 051-2018 Local Food Safety Standard for Dried Rice Noodles This standard will replace DBS45/ 021-2015 Local Food Safety Standard for Dried Rice Noodles and DBS45/ 026-2016 on June 10, 2018 Local Food Safety Standard for Prepared Dry Rice Noodles, DBS45/036-2015 This standard specifies the terms and definitions of dry rice noodles, product classification, requirements, food additives, hygienic requirements for production and processing, inspection methods, inspection rules, labels, signs, Packaging, transportation, storage and shelf life. This standard applies to dry rice noodles, prepared dry rice noodles and brown rice dry rice noodles made from rice (or brown rice) as raw materials, with (or without the addition of) edible starch raw materials as auxiliary materials, and made through corresponding processes.
