This document stipulates the basic methods and basis for regular inspection and evaluation of compressed hydrogen aluminum-lined carbon fiber fully wound gas cylinders for vehicles (hereinafter referred to as cylinders). This document is applicable to vehicles with nominal working pressure not exceeding 70MPa, nominal water volume not exceeding 450L, storage medium being compressed hydrogen, working temperature not lower than -40℃ and not higher than 85℃, fixed on road vehicles and used as fuel tanks. Refill the cylinder again.
