This document stipulates the requirements for operation and maintenance units, operation and maintenance personnel, spare parts, operation and maintenance, quality assurance, emergency response, information management, safety management and operation and maintenance evaluation that must be met for the operation of the catering oil fume online monitoring system. This document is applicable to the daily operation and management of catering service units that have installed catering fume emission online monitoring systems (OMS).
