T/SSX 007-2023 Vegetable oils- Determination of tocopherol and tocotrienol contents by reversed-phase high performance liquid chromatography (English Version)
This document specifies a method for the simultaneous determination of α-, β-, γ-, δ-tocopherol and α-, β-, γ-, δ-tocotrienol in vegetable oils using high-performance liquid chromatography. When the sampling volume is 0.5g and the volume is 25mL, the detection limit of α-tocopherol is 2.5μg/g and the limit of quantification is 8.5μg/g; β-, γ-, δ-tocopherol, α-, β- , γ-, δ-tocotrienol, the detection limit is 1μg/g, and the limit of quantitation is 3.5μg/g.
