- 6.3.2 Sampling points require preliminary and detailed investigation of cultivated land soil within the scope of contaminated cultivated land soil investigation. 6.3.2.1 Preliminary survey: collect soil samples in 100m×100m grid units. Based on the preliminary survey and testing results, areas with higher pollutant content were identified as key areas, and soil samples were investigated and collected in detail in 50m×50m grid units. The samples at each sampling point are equal amounts of mixed samples from 5 or more points (inclusive). For agricultural land surveys, soil samples from the surface 0cm to 30cm of the cultivated layer are generally collected. When deep plowing technology is involved, profile samples can be collected in some areas as needed. 6.3.2.2 For the investigation of agricultural products, it is necessary to collect the main types of agricultural products grown in the area (such as rice, wheat, corn, rapeseed and vegetables), and collect samples of edible parts of agricultural products in the mature stage at the soil sampling points. The sampling process is carried out in accordance with the provisions of NY/T398.
