Scope: The "Household Waste Treatment and Disposal Project Specification" is now approved as a national standard, numbered GB 55012-2021, and will be implemented from January 1, 2022. This specification is a mandatory engineering construction specification, and all provisions must be strictly implemented. The relevant mandatory provisions of the current engineering construction standards and the national standard "Environmental Sanitation Technical Specifications" (GB 51260-2017) are abolished at the same time. If the relevant provisions in the current engineering construction standards are inconsistent with this specification, the provisions of this specification shall prevail. This specification is published on the website of the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development (www.mohurd.gov.cn), and is published by China Construction Publishing and Media Co., Ltd. organized by the Institute of Standards and Quotas of the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development.
