This standard specifies the terms and definitions, general requirements, parking lot management, vehicle management, personnel requirements, operation requirements and safety management of hydrogen fuel cell logistics vehicle operation and management specifications. This standard applies to the operation and management of hydrogen fuel cell logistics vehicles (hereinafter referred to as "vehicles") whose rated working pressure of the compressed hydrogen system is not greater than 35MPa.
