Scope

This standard specifies the basic content and basic requirements for the design of new, expanded (renovated) industrial boiler water treatment systems. This standard applies to steam boilers and steam-water boilers with rated outlet steam pressure less than 3.82MPa and using water as the medium. It also applies to fixed hot water boilers using water as the medium.
