Scope

This standard specifies the method for the determination of linear sodium dodecylbenzene sulfonate in pasta products. This standard is applicable to the determination of linear sodium dodecylbenzene sulfonate in steamed, baked, and fried pasta foods. The detection limit of this standard is 5 mg/kg (based on dry product).
