1.0.1 This specification is formulated to standardize the engineering design, construction acceptance, operation and maintenance of oil-immersed transformer foam-water spray fire extinguishing systems, and to meet the requirements of safety, reliability, advanced technology, economical and reasonable, and effective emergency response. 1.0.2 This specification is applicable to foam-water spray fire extinguishing systems equipped with oil-immersed transformers and reactors of 750kV and below in new construction, reconstruction, and expansion projects of power systems. 1.0.3 In addition to complying with this specification, the engineering design, construction acceptance and operation and maintenance of the oil-immersed transformer foam-water spray fire extinguishing system should also comply with the relevant current national standards.
