This document provides guidance on the accounting steps, material quantity accounting methods, pricing methods, value quantity accounting methods, accounting data sources, etc. for the meteorological value of total ecosystem production. This document is applicable to the accounting and assessment of the meteorological value of the total ecosystem production of administrative regions such as provinces, cities, counties, and towns, as well as national parks, nature reserves, natural parks (ecological natural parks and scenic spots) and other regional units.
