Scope
This document specifies a colloidal gold immunochromatographic rapid detection method for diazinon residues in vegetables and fruits. This document is suitable for the rapid detection of diazinon residues in vegetables and fruits. Note 1: Vegetables include cabbage, broccoli, spinach, leaf lettuce, head lettuce, tomatoes, carrots, green onions, and cauliflower. Note 2: Fruits include plums and cherries. This method adopts the principle of competitive inhibition immunochromatography. After extraction, the diazinon in the sample binds to the colloidal gold-labeled specific antibody, inhibiting the binding of the antibody to the antigen on the test line (T line) in the test strip, resulting in a change in the color of the test line (T line). . By comparing the color depth of the test line (T line) and the quality control line (C line), the diazinon in the sample can be qualitatively analyzed.
