This standard specifies the maximum allowable emission concentration limits and smoke blackness limits for particulate matter, sulfur dioxide, nitrogen oxides, carbon monoxide, mercury and their compounds in boiler flue gas. This standard applies to steam boilers with a single output of 65t/h and below, hot water boilers of various capacities and organic heat carrier boilers using coal, oil, gas and biomass pellet fuel as fuel; layer-fired boilers of various capacities furnace, stoker furnace. Boilers that use fuels such as briquettes, coal-water slurry, coal gangue, petroleum coke, oil shale, etc. shall refer to the emission control requirements for coal-fired boilers in this standard. Boilers that use woody plants or herbaceous plants as fuel shall refer to the emission control requirements of medium-fired biomass pellet fuel boilers in this standard. Other fuels shall be subject to the most stringent emission control requirements of the corresponding forms of fuels in this standard according to their forms. This standard does not apply to boilers that use domestic waste and hazardous waste as fuel. This standard applies to the air pollutant emission management of boilers in use, as well as the environmental impact assessment of new, renovated, and expanded boiler construction projects, the design of environmental protection facilities, the completion acceptance of environmental protection, emission permits, and the management of air pollutant emissions after they are put into production. .
