- This document describes methods for the high-performance liquid chromatography and liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry determination of nicarbazine in feed. This document applies to the determination of nicarbazine in compound feeds, concentrated feeds and additive premixed feeds. In this document, the detection limit of compound feed and concentrated feed in the high performance liquid chromatography method is 0.5 mg/kg, and the quantification limit is 1 mg/kg. The detection limit of additive premixed feed is 1 mg/kg, and the quantitation limit is 2 mg/kg; The detection limit of liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry is 0.02 mg/kg, and the quantitation limit is 0.05 mg/kg.
