- This document stipulates the terms and definitions, size specifications, basic requirements, technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules, marking, packaging, transportation and storage, quality commitment, etc. of leather windbreakers. This document applies to windbreakers whose main fabric is sheepskin, cowhide, or deerskin with a coating thickness not exceeding 15 μm. This document does not apply to leather windbreakers worn by children and infants aged 14 and under.
