This document specifies the simulation information of the automotive MEMS pressure sensor potting process, including the basic process of automotive MEMS pressure sensor potting process simulation: simulation model construction, simulation operation analysis, result evaluation and process optimization, etc. This document is used to guide the production, supply and use of automotive MEMS pressure sensor products to promote the use of sensor process simulation models and the improvement of potting processes. Automotive MEMS pressure sensor products applicable to this document include: automobile tire pressure sensors; oil pressure sensors; fuel pressure sensors; fuel vapor pressure sensors; brake vacuum sensors; automobile rear exhaust pressure sensors, etc.
