This standard uses bacteria stained with DAPI, filtered with a black nuclear pore filter and retained on the filter. Observed under a fluorescence microscope, the principle of bacterial fluorescence can be seen. The total number of bacteria in ballast water is detected by direct counting using a fluorescence microscope. Counting, including main technical contents such as sample collection, sample sampling, and detection of total bacterial count in water samples.
