This standard applies to vortex air pumps for aquariums and similar purposes (hereinafter referred to as air pumps) whose rated input AC voltage does not exceed 250 V for single-phase, 480 V for three-phase, and the rotational speed does not exceed 3000 r/min. The conveying medium is air. Vortex air pumps for similar purposes used by non-professional personnel in shops, restaurants, aquaculture farms, etc. may also refer to this standard.
