This standard specifies the terms and definitions, models, names, technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules, marking, packaging, transportation and storage of road milling machines. This standard applies to road milling machines (hereinafter referred to as milling machines) for cleaning and processing the surface of concrete, asphalt, stone and PVC pavement or floor pavement layers.
