- This document stipulates the overall requirements for ecological environmental protection in coalbed methane development activities, technical requirements for water pollution prevention and control, air pollution prevention and control, solid waste environmental pollution prevention and control, noise pollution prevention and control, ecological protection and restoration, and environmental management. This document applies to the entire process ecological environment management of surface development activities such as construction, production, and decommissioning during coal bed methane development. This document does not apply to the underground coal mine gas drainage process. Coalbed methane exploration activities can be carried out with reference to this document.
