This standard specifies the terms and definitions, product classification, requirements and test methods, inspection rules and markings, packaging, transportation and storage of liquid cleaning agents for automobile body surfaces. This standard applies to liquid cleaning agents for automobile body surfaces that use surfactants as the main raw material and have a pH of 4.0 to 10.0. This standard does not apply to strongly alkaline washing liquids, such as wipe-free car washing liquids, waterless car washing liquids or vehicle pre-wash liquids.
