Scope

This document specifies the pre-treatment method for measuring total phosphorus in sediment-laden rivers using the "Ammonium molybdate spectrophotometric method for determination of total phosphorus in water quality (GB11893-89)". This method is suitable for pre-treatment of total phosphorus sampling in sediment-laden rivers with turbidity >200 NTU.
