This document specifies the terms and definitions, principles, equipment, specimens, test requirements, result calculations, numerical rounding, invalid tests and test reports for the tightness test method of bimetallic mechanical composite pipes for submarine pipelines. This document is applicable to the tightness test of corrosion-resistant alloy composite steel pipes with an outer diameter of the base pipe not exceeding 600mm. The tightness test of other alloy composite steel pipes can be implemented as a reference.
