Scope
This specification applies to food-grade dry ice produced by using food-grade liquid carbon dioxide as raw material and extruding solid carbon dioxide after throttling and decompressing the liquid carbon dioxide through dry ice manufacturing equipment. It is mainly used for cooling beverages and food in airplanes and trains, cooling food, light meals, and ice cream products during transportation, as well as cooling food through mutual contact between dry ice and products, and directly adding food (such as raw meat, etc.). The production of industrial-grade dry ice can be implemented with reference to this specification.
