This document specifies a colloidal gold immunochromatographic rapid detection method for clofenuron residues in vegetables and fruits. This document is suitable for the rapid detection of clofenuron residues in vegetables and fruits. Note 1: Vegetables include cucumbers. Note 2: Fruits include orange, loquat, grape, kiwi, watermelon, and melon fruits. This method adopts the principle of competitive inhibition immunochromatography. After extraction, the clofenuron in the sample binds to the colloidal gold-labeled specific antibody, inhibiting the binding of the antibody to the antigen on the test line (T line) in the test strip, resulting in a change in the color of the test line (T line). . By comparing the color depth of the test line (T line) and the quality control line (C line), a qualitative analysis of clofenuron in the sample was performed.
