After the sample is processed, the liquid to be tested is separated into three forms of selenoine by high-performance liquid chromatography, and then enters the inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometer one by one. Under the high temperature of the plasma, it undergoes desolvation, atomization, and Ionization enters the detector. Within a certain concentration range, its element signal intensity CPS (CountPerSecond) value is proportional to the concentration of the analyte in the sample. By measuring the CPS values of the three forms of selenoine in the sample, it can be calculated its content.
