Scope

This standard specifies the laser microscopy confocal Raman spectrometry method for determining the number of graphene film layers. This standard is applicable to the measurement and testing of graphene with 1 to 5 layers prepared by mechanical peeling method and graphene films with less than 5 layers in AB-type stack. The measurement of high-quality graphene materials prepared by other methods can be carried out as a reference.
