This document stipulates the classification, requirements, test methods, inspection rules, marking, packaging, transportation, storage and shelf life of dextrin powder. This document applies to dextrin powder made from corn starch as raw material, hydrolyzed, saccharified, purified and spray-dried by high-temperature resistant α-amylase.
