- This standard specifies the structural type, basic requirements, technical requirements, inspection methods, inspection rules, marking, packaging, transportation, storage and quality commitment of steel portable oil tanks (hereinafter referred to as tanks). This standard applies to steel portable oil tanks containing gasoline, diesel, kerosene and lubricating oil liquids with a nominal capacity not exceeding 35 L.
