- Develop standards for measuring dissolved oxygen in water using chemical fluorescence dissolved oxygen instruments based on the chemical fluorescence method. (1) Through data review, study the specific regulations of this method abroad and domestic research results. (2) Analyze the instrument performance requirements (zero value error, indication error) that affect monitoring accuracy, and propose instrument requirements; (3) Compare and test the chemical fluorescence method with the national standard method (iodometric method, electrochemical probe method) , proving that it has the same accuracy and precision as the national standard method. (4) Research and determine the monitoring method and quality assurance and quality control technical system for chemical fluorescence method to measure dissolved oxygen in water through actual sample analysis, intra-laboratory personnel comparison, and inter-laboratory method verification.
