Scope
This standard specifies the safety risk management, recording, recall, training and other requirements for the fresh vegetable supply chain - from production, harvesting, post-harvest processing, storage, transportation to sales. This standard applies to supply chain safety risk management of fresh vegetables (excluding organic vegetables and genetically modified (GMO) vegetable products, sprouts and fresh-cut vegetables).
