Scope: This standard specifies the terms and definitions, product classification, basic requirements, technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules, marking, packaging, transportation and storage, and quality commitment of electromagnetic gas proportional valves (gas proportional valves for short). This standard is applicable to electromagnetic gas proportional valves for gas appliances where the rated voltage of the solenoid valve used in the gas proportional valve is greater than 6V, the maximum gas supply pressure is not greater than 10kPa, the nominal diameter is not greater than DN50, and the output heat load is not greater than 100kW. The gas mentioned in this standard refers to the gas in GB/T 13611. When using gases other than those specified in GB/T 13611, the test gas shall be based on the gas provided by the product design, and the pressure range shall refer to the relevant regulations of GB/T 13611. This standard does not apply to the following gas sources and devices: 　——dimethyl ether; 　——electronic gas and air proportional control system; 　——pneumatic gas and air proportional control system.
