- Scope
- This standard specifies the water pollutant emission control requirements for electroplating enterprises and electroplating professional parks within the jurisdiction of Guangdong Province. This standard applies to the water pollutant discharge management of existing electroplating enterprises and electroplating professional parks, as well as the environmental impact assessment, design, completion acceptance and post-completion water pollutant discharge management of new construction, reconstruction, and expansion projects. This standard also applies to other production enterprises with process facilities such as electroplating, chemical plating, chemical conversion coating, etc. The water pollutant discharge control requirements specified in this standard apply to electroplating enterprises and electroplating professional parks that directly or indirectly discharge water pollutants outside their legal boundaries.
