This standard specifies specific requirements for the food safety management system of rice wine enterprises, including human resources, prerequisite programs, key process control, inspection, product traceability and recall. This standard is applicable to the establishment, implementation and self-evaluation of the food safety management system of rice wine production enterprises, and is also applicable to the external evaluation and certification of the food safety management system of such food production enterprises. When this document is used for certification purposes, it should be used together with GB/T22000.
