This standard specifies the technical requirements and test methods for bubble washing in dishwashers. This standard applies to dishwashers with a bubble wash function that can effectively remove greasy stains on tableware caused by Chinese cooking (hereinafter referred to as "cooking"). Note: This standard stipulates that Chinese cooking oil stains include the four types of oil stains listed in Appendix A: hot pot base, overnight rice, egg custard, and clay pot rice.
