This standard specifies the classification and marking, structure and basic dimensions, requirements, test methods, inspection rules, marking, packaging, transportation and storage of steel safety nets for helicopter platforms (referred to as meshes). This standard applies to the design, manufacturing and inspection of ship and ocean engineering mesh.
