- This standard specifies the terms and definitions, structural diagram, basic requirements, technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules, labeling, packaging, transportation and storage and quality commitment of carbon fiber trekking poles. This standard applies to trekking poles with a length of no more than 135 cm and made of carbon fiber composite materials for daily mountaineering assistance. This standard does not apply to professional sports activities and medical rehabilitation canes.
