- This part of GB/T 21782 specifies the evaluation of the storage stability of thermosetting powders. It specifies test procedures for the evaluation of the retention of physical condition and chemical activity of thermosetting powder coatings and their ability to form a satisfactory final coating. Interrelationships between different performance changes are unpredictable. Likewise, there is no correlation between the test results obtained under different storage conditions. The test results obtained by the procedures specified in this section illustrate the ability of the powder coating to withstand the storage period before application.
