The scoring method is implemented in accordance with the regulations of DB23/T2670-2020. The indicator system is divided into primary indicators and secondary indicators. There are 5 first-level indicators, each with 100 points; the second-level indicator scores are reasonably assigned according to their importance, as per Appendix A.
