This document specifies the terms and definitions, emission limits, test methods, production consistency inspection, etc. for emission testing of portable brush cutters powered by gasoline engines. This document is applicable to the measurement of pollutants emitted by the portable brush (grass) cutter (hereinafter referred to as "bush (grass)) machine" under the following conditions:
