- This standard stipulates the effluent emission limits from enterprises involved in the development and utilization of associated radioactive mines, public exposure dose constraints, radiation environment remediation target values, monitoring and supervision requirements, etc. This standard applies to non-uranium (thorium) minerals such as rare earths, niobium/tantalum, zirconium and zirconium oxide, tin, lead/zinc, copper, steel, vanadium, phosphate, coal, aluminum, molybdenum, nickel, germanium, titanium, gold, etc. Practice and radiation environment remediation activities in resource development and utilization activities where the single nuclide content of uranium (thorium) series in raw ores, intermediate products, tailings (slag) or other residues exceeds 1 Bq/g.
